DocuFreezer is a reliable application designed to help you convert Microsoft Office files to PDF or image formats, while preserving their layout and rendering them read-only. Freeze the layout
The name of the program is inspired by the action it performs. The output files maintain the page layout, fonts and preserves internal or external links. This makes them suitable for live presentations, for being transferred or for printing, without concerning yourself about the loss of text or fonts.
Convert to PDF or to image formats
The software is capable of converting the input files to PDF, or to an image format, such as JPG, PNG or TIFF. You can choose to preserve the file's color attributes, by converting it to a colored document. Otherwise, you may discard color data and save it as a grey scale picture, thus leaning towards a better compression and more convenient file size.
Thus, if you wish to save your documents as JPG, you may choose between True Color or Greyscale modes, while in the case of PNG and TIFF, you can also opt for the Monochrome mode. The program also supports output PDF-A and Regular PDF formats.
Batch or individual
DocuFreezer enables you to add multiple files to the waiting list and process them individually, or let the software batch convert them. Simply select the output folder and format from the dedicated boxes and watch as DocuFreezer automatically converts your list of documents.
