Service Pack 1 Fixes apply to the Autodesk PowerMill 2017 release (version: 21.0.30).

Relax retract feed rate factor limit.
Finishing

Add feature finishing to the strategy selector.
Fix the preview functionality for wireframe swarf finishing.
Improve the application of the stepover for machine flats in feature finishing.
Fix an issue with the ordering of feature finishing segments.
